God keeps a father secure when he changes jobs
By T. S. Candee on November 3, 2021 in God's Gift for Fathers
Changing jobs can be unsettling, and on the cusp of this change, you may be assailed with doubts such as whether you will like what you are doing, whether you will succeed with this new company, or whether you will fit into their culture. When panic arises, take all of you doubts and concerns to the Lord in prayer and leave them there. The Lord desires for you to be successful and happy in whatever you choose to do. And when you walk closely with Him and allow Him to be the center of your life, God will bless you, and the Holy Spirit will guide you as you seek to bring glory to Him.
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
