God asks a father to witness to the lost

God asks a father to witness to the lost

You communicate by what you say and don’t say, by what you do and fail to do. A father who never reads the Bible conveys that he is smart enough to make his own decisions without any input from God. The children who never see their parents praying learn that trials and tribulations can be handled without any direction from the Lord. On the other hand, when a father says, “We are going to trust the Lord to provide what we need,” he declares that God can be trusted in every facet of life. Just as you show your faith to your children, show your faith to the lost. Your witness could be the only Jesus they will ever see or hear.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Matthew 28:19-20

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Philippians 2:9-11

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
