God’s love is with a father when he forgives his children
By T. S. Candee on April 28, 2022 in God's Gift for Fathers
There’s nothing like the rush of joy and relief you feel when you choose to forgive your children. The wall of anger and frustration that has been slowly building is torn down and in its place comes the gentle love and grace that you should have for your children. When you contemplate forgiveness, think to yourself, *God has forgiven me of all my sins and loves me just the way I am. If Christ has forgiven me, shouldn’t I forgive my child?* If you want to create a bond of love between you and your children, then forgive them openly and tell how much they mean to you and how deep is your love for them.
The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: Neither will he keep his anger for ever. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, So great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you
