God fills a father with joy when His children grow to love the Lord

A father’s ability for helping his children grow in the Lord is a reason to shout for joy because he is doing exactly what he has been called to do. They very essence of being a father to your children is helping them build a foundation for living a life filled with the Holy Spirit. As you lead your children closer to Him, God will protect and guide your children as they walk through life, and you will experience His peace, knowing that He is with them. Therefore, teach your children daily to honor God and live for Him; it is the only way to be happy in the Lord.
Train up a child in the way he should go: And when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
I love them that love me; And those that seek me early shall find me.
